In this class, you’ll gain a thorough understanding of the postpartum period and the unique needs of clients after birth. While many trainings emphasize prenatal care, this course focuses specifically on the physical, emotional, and psychological changes that occur during the postpartum stages.

You will learn how to safely and effectively massage postpartum clients, how to create comfort with proper positioning, and how to recognize common contraindications and conditions that may arise after delivery. We will also explore how postpartum recovery impacts the body, mood, and overall well-being.

Hands-on practice will help you build confidence in your positioning and support techniques.

Please bring: one set of twin sheets, two pillows, and writing materials.
