Lomi Lomi is a traditional massage from Hawaii. The energy generated from a Lomi Lomi massage lulls the client into a peaceful and tranquil state, perfect for any spa environment. The practitioner uses their hands and forearms to create ironing, circling, and soothing movements that feel like an ocean wave or tropical breeze. Proper body mechanics and strength-saving techniques are taught as well. Supplies: Students should dress comfortably and bring a set of sheets with a pillowcase and four hand towels. Massage oil is used so dark-colored clothing is more suitable so as not to stain.
