This 8 CE credit course provides massage therapists with a structured, hands-on introduction to Reiki Level One techniques that support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and client-centered care. Participants will learn the historical background and foundational principles of Reiki while focusing on practical application within a therapeutic setting.

Through instructor-led demonstrations, supervised hands-on practice, and experiential exercises, students will learn standardized hand positions for self-care and for working with others, how to maintain a calm and focused presence during sessions, and how to support client relaxation safely and ethically. Professional boundaries, scope of practice, and ethical considerations are emphasized throughout the course. By the end of the training, participants will have practical tools they can integrate into massage sessions or personal self-care routines.
