Foot & Ankle Massage: Techniques for Mobility and Relief

This focused, hands-on training introduces the functional relationships between foot posture, ankle mobility, and common patterns of lower leg discomfort. Participants will learn how to observe, palpate, and identify foot and ankle imbalances including overpronation, supination, and muscular tension, using simple assessment techniques. Through targeted massage applications, guided practice, and optional use of kinesiology taping, students will develop skills to address foot and ankle tension and enhance client comfort. This course emphasizes soft tissue techniques, client education, and practical self-care recommendations to reinforce the benefits of foot-focused massage work.
