Connection: An introduction to the 7 main energy centers located on the mid-line of the body. Location, color, and characteristics are the focus of this workshop. Explore the chakras through meditation, pendulum/energy work and create an individual art piece through guidance and encouragement. Journal provided to encourage therapeutic writing.
