Becoming a Continuing Education Instructor
In this course, you will explore the full process of becoming an approved NCBTMB Approved Continuing Education Instructor. We will cover learning styles, curriculum development skills, effective teaching methods, and the key characteristics of adult learners so you can confidently create classes that engage a variety of students. You will also learn about classroom ethics, how to manage a class smoothly, and how to create a clear, organized lesson plan from start to finish.
You will receive hands-on guidance and support throughout the process, making this course an excellent investment for therapists who want to begin teaching and offering their own CE classes.
This course is approved for NCBTMB credits only. Some states may accept these hours but most do not. please check with your State Board for confirmation.
I also work with therapists to create your first course along with personalized coaching to help you navigate common topics that surface, such as: lacking confidence to teach, imposter syndrome, pricing, time-management skills, etc.
If you’re interested in either, please schedule a Connection Call here so I can ensure that you meet the requirements to become a CE Provider.
