This mentorship program is designed for licensed massage therapists who want personalized guidance creating and launching their first continuing education course. Together, we'll take your idea and turn it into a professional course complete with learning objectives, lesson plans, evaluations, and a clear roadmap for navigating the NCBTMB approval process.

In addition to course development, you'll learn effective teaching strategies, adult learning principles, classroom management skills, and best practices for creating engaging learning experiences. We'll also address common challenges new instructors face, including confidence, imposter syndrome, pricing, organization, and preparing to teach your first class.

Choose Your Path

Instructor Mentorship Path (Virtual)

Work with me remotely through six coaching sessions over a period of up to six months. You'll receive personalized guidance, feedback, accountability, and support as you develop your course at a pace that works for you.

Instructor Intensive Path (In-Person)

Spend two focused days with me in Palm Coast, Florida, working side-by-side to develop your course. Prior to the intensive, we'll meet for a planning call to clarify your course concept, goals, and preparation needs so we can make the most of our time together.

During the intensive, we'll focus on building your curriculum, research, learning objectives, lesson plans, evaluations, and course materials in a concentrated setting designed to help you make significant progress. Two follow-up coaching calls are included to support you as you finalize your course and prepare for submission.
