A full-day continuing education experience for massage therapists seeking a gentle, heart-centered approach to upper-body care. This course blends Manual Lymph Drainage–inspired techniques with Traditional Chinese Medicine meridian theory and acupressure to support breath, circulation, immune health, and nervous system regulation. Students will explore thoracic and axillary lymphatic pathways, chest and shoulder work, and key acupoints through a slow, trauma-informed pace. Ample hands-on practice allows for deep integration and embodied learning. This class is ideal for therapists drawn to subtle techniques, emotional balance, and creating a sense of ease for both client and practitioner.
